We've spent the last 25 years perfecting the way we bake. And if you've tasted one of our fresh from the oven cookies or melt in the mouth muffins recently then we think you'll agree we've got pretty good at it.

Just thinking about our delicious range of treats is enough to make you hungry. 

But our gorgeous flavours haven't come to us easily. Over the years we've refined our recipes and hunted out the best ingredients. We bake fresh all day, every day so you get the perfect cookie, warm and gooey. 

So where do our ideas come from you ask?

Mainly we listen to our customers. Yes, we sit back and let you do the hard work. Don't worry, we won't expect you to pre-heat the oven but we do take on board all your ideas and what you think will taste good. 

We also make sure we're experts in all things yummy. So our office is full of recipe books and magazines on cakes, treats and all things sweet. And we travel all over the UK, Europe and the USA looking for the latest trends.

Believe it or not we have our very own Product Development person. Someone who spends all day working on recipes and perfecting the next taste sensation.
