Great products don’t happen accidentally. Over the last 20 years Millie’s have refined its recipes and continually improved the ingredients. Fresh baking, all day, every day enables Millie’s to sell great tasting, delicious products in all of its stores.

 

So how do we come up with new products?

 

First thing: We listen to our customers. Through research, tasting panels and feedback from our customers directly, we are always listening for new ideas and changes in taste.

 

Next thing: Our office is full of recipe books and current magazines on food, treats and all sweet things. We are experts in all things indulgent.

 

Another thing: We have our very own product development person who spends all day thinking up new recipes and combinations. What a job!

 

Last thing: We travel all over the UK, Europe and USA looking at sweet things to eat. Another tough job but someone’s got to do it!!
