Competition terms and conditions

  1. All people that join our Cookie Club each month will automatically be entered into the monthly free draw to win a year’s* supply of Millie’s Cookies.
  2. Winners will be drawn at random, by an independent body on the first working day of each month and will include all new Cookie Club members that have joined in the previous calendar month.
  3. *A year’s supply of cookies entitles each winner to a Millie’s Cookies Treat Box (12 cookies) every month for 12 months, which can be redeemed at any Millie’s store in the UK.
  4. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, except Millie’s Cookies employees and anyone connected with the promotion.
  5. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
    a. to be bound by these terms and conditions;
    b. that their surname and county of residence may be published if they win a prize;
    c. that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by Millie’s Cookies for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
  6. When completing the Cookie Club entry form, applicants must supply to Millie’s Cookies their full name,  email address, and mobile telephone number. Millie’s Cookies will not publish these details or provide them to any third party.
  7. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
  8. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable.
  9. Millie's Cookies’ decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
  10. The winners will be notified within 5 days of the draw via email. The name and county of residence of  previous winners may be obtained by contacting millies.cookies@ssp.uk.com. 
  11. Millie’s Cookies reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  12. If a winner is unable to be contacted through email/mobile phone within one calendar month of the monthly draw date, Millie’s Cookies reserves the right to not make any other effort to find and notify them, but rather the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
  13. Millie’s Cookies excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winners arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
  14. The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
