Unit Manager

Basically the buck stops with you, so ideally you’ll have management experience in a Retail Catering environment.

With a keen head for business you’ll be in charge of every aspect of the business affecting the Profit & Loss account. You’ll need to be able to motivate and inspire the team to deliver results every time. And let’s not forget the most important people at Millie’s- our customers. As a customer focused manager, you’ll spend the majority of your time providing excellent service and making sure the team does too.

So if you’re not afraid to be hands-on, work independently and face whatever challenges come your way, then this could be the start of a beautiful relationship.

Assistant Manager

Supporting the head honcho in all areas of the business, we’ll need you to help deliver financial results, manage and motivate the rest of the team and be confident in handling both stock and cash.

Most importantly we’ll need you to take really good care of our customers.

Ideally you’ll have relevant experience in a Retail Catering environment and be prepared to get involved wherever you might be needed.

Team Members & Supervisors

You’ll be the heart and soul of Millie’s Cookies, blowing our customers away with only the very best in customer service. Having past experience in Retail Catering or Customer Service will help, but mainly we need you to be as passionate about our brand as we are.
